How does it work?

As a certified coach, I abide by ICF standards and refrain from giving any advice unless you specifically ask for it.

My coaching style is based on solutions-focused therapy, but it is forward-facing and action-driven.

You’ll bring a topic to each session, and will walk away with a decision or commitment to execute an action that will make a positive difference to your situation.

There is no fluff. No guided meditations, jumping jacks, or talking to spirits.

We’ll meet for an hour (online) once a month (or more flexibly, if you prefer).

Pricing

We both need to feel comfortable if the coaching is going to be effective.


That’s why we always begin with a free 45-minute trial session — no pressure, no payment.


If we both agree there’s a good fit, I’ll follow up with a proposal tailored to your goals.


Pricing starts at ¥20,000 per session
and ranges up to ¥45,000 per session depending on the level of support and structure needed.
