    ·       Academic Credentials: With an MA in Leadership from the University of London’s Institute of Education, an MBA from Quantic, and a Masters from Oxford University, my approach combines academic rigor and practical application.


    ·       Diverse Career Background: I started as a History teacher on the Teach First leadership program, before winning a scholarship to live in Japan for 19 months. I then became a consultant, a suicide lifeline phone counsellor, and eventually a coach.


    ·       Strategic Communication Expertise: Over a decade in Tokyo, I advised organizations like the Tokyo Olympic Committee, The Prime Ministers’ Office of Japan, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and CEOs from TeamViewer, BioNTech, and Marelli.


    ·       Personal Transformation: A year of paternity leave revealed my passion for coaching. This led me to transition to full-time coaching, focusing on empowering individuals like you to achieve clarity, purpose, and sustainable success.
